Remember when life seemed simpler? Kids were in classrooms, and adults spent their days in offices.   4. Marketing – Builds brand awareness and promotes the organization’s products or services, handling advertising, public relations, and social media.
  5. Sales – Converts leads into customers and manages relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  6. Information Technology (IT) – Handles the technology infrastructure, including software, hardware, data security, and systems management.
  7. Research & Development (R&D) – Innovates and improves products or services by researching market trends and technological advancements.
  8. Customer Service – Addresses customer inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures customer satisfaction.
  9. Legal – Provides guidance on legal matters, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages contracts and disputes.
  10. Procurement – Secures the goods and services needed for the organization to operate efficiently.
